At this time, we are seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor. Hours are 5pm to 3am.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of ~20 machinists and forklift operators to meet daily production targets
- Coordinate shop floor activities to ensure efficient workflow, proper staffing, and on-time output
- Monitor and enforce quality standards to ensure all products meet customer and internal specifications
- Promote and uphold a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
- Train new hires and mentor existing team members to elevate skill level and overall team performance
- Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining or production issues
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in machining or manufacturing leadership (Supervisor or strong Lead experience)
- Ability to manage and motivate teams in a production environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
- Working knowledge of machining processes, quality standards, and shop floor operations
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
