We are working with an established Consumer Goods Items Manufacturer based in **Phoenix, AZ. **They are recruiting for an **Production Supervisor **to join their team on nights in return for a salary in the region of **$28 - 30 p/h **along with shift differential, excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental.

Duties as an Production Supervisor:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a production team to achieve daily output, quality, and safety targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance, teamwork, and overall productivity
• Monitor production schedules, workflow, and staffing levels to ensure on-time completion of orders and operational efficiency
• Communicate effectively with team members in both English and Spanish to ensure clear instructions, alignment, and issue resolution
• Enforce safety standards, company policies, and quality procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Identify production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, waste, and inefficiencies

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on safety, quality, and productivity
