Production Supervisor Material Handling

Position Description:

Supervisor is expected to work closely with Superintendent and Plant Manager to ensure Inbound, outbound, and claims processing

Responsible for supervising all operations:

• Inbound, outbound, and claims processing
• Responsible for delivering objectives including but not limited to:
• Cover crews in supervisor's absence
• Attend, facilitate, and submit proper documentation for crew meetings
• Prepare/maintain work related records as needed
• Schedule workforce (including overtime and vacation)
• Champion and lead continuous improvement initiatives toward best in class performance

Experience Required:
2+ years of previous supervision experience

Education Required:
High School Diploma / GED
