Production Supervisor General

Epitec is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our automotive client's team. As a Production Supervisor, the candidate will play a pivotal role in supervising, evaluating, and empowering hourly team members to produce manufactured products and organize workflows to meet quality and productivty requirements.
 

• This is an ongoing W2 contract with potential for conversion

• This is an onsite position in Kansas City, MO

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop an hourly manufacturing team to meet daily safety, quality, and productivity targets
• Organize workflow and oversee production operations to ensure lines run safely, smoothly, and efficiently
• Drive high performance through servant leadership, holding self and team accountable to company goals
• Promote and enforce standardized work practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build strong working relationships with hourly employees, union representatives, and management
• Create and maintain a strong culture of safety and compliance with workplace policies
• Administer and enforce the collective bargaining agreement consistently and professionally

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to remain professional in high?pressure situations
