Production Supervisor- entry level- 2nd shift

Job Summary:
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing production operations. This entry-level position is perfect for those eager to grow into a supervisory role, contributing to the efficient and effective operations of our production floor. You will work closely with team members to ensure quality standards and production goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Monitor production output and implement improvements for efficiency and quality.
- Train, guide, and support production staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
- Assist in the scheduling and planning of production tasks to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production workflow.
- Generate production reports and update management on progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

- Pallet industry experience preferred.                                                                                                                                          - Strong leadership and communication skills.                                                                                                                                - Forklift Experience required                                                                                                                                                      - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced production environment.                                                                                                            - Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues.                                                                                         - Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.                                                                                       - Willingness to learn and strong desire to develop in a supervisory role.

Pay:

Starting pay $22-$23/hr during first 90 days. *** Must be available for the position training during morning hours.***

Work schedule: 

Monday- Friday 6am-2:30pm during training period

                       3pm to either 8pm or 10pm (depending on production needs)- After training period
