Production Supervisor – Electrical / Test Lead

Manufacturing - Day Shift - Regional Facility

We are supporting a new manufacturing operation launching in the Mid-South region and are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor with strong electrical depth to serve as the senior technical authority on site.

This is a working supervisor role — ideal for a Lead Industrial Electrician or Senior Electrical Technician ready to step into broader responsibility.

What this role does:

·Serve as the on-site technical escalation point for electrical and test-related issues

·Own the test area, including safety, procedures, and final acceptance decisions

·Supervise a small production team (initially 3–5 employees)

·Coordinate daily production flow, quality, and throughput

·Troubleshoot electrical and control-level issues as they arise

·Ensure compliance with electrical safety and lockout/tagout practices

·Act as the primary technical interface with off-site engineering support

·Support startup activities, training, and early production ramp-up.

Background we are looking for:

·Senior Electrical Technician, Lead Industrial Electrician, Electrical Lead, or similar

·Strong experience in industrial or manufacturing environments

·Comfortable with control-level wiring, testing, and troubleshooting

·Experience acting as a technical decision-maker or escalation point

·Prior experience leading or training others (formal or informal supervision)

·Ability to balance production demands with safety and test discipline.
