Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production personnel.
• Monitor production schedules and processes to ensure targets are met efficiently.
• Ensure all products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies on the production floor.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of production team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and material shortages.
• Optimize production workflows and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, including coaching and performance management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and quality control principles.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, lean manufacturing).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, such as SAP or Oracle
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification
• Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting knowledge
