Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift

Are you a driven and safety-focused leader looking for a hands-on role in manufacturing? Join our team in Crestline, OH. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee production and maintenance personnel on the third shift, ensuring safe, efficient operations and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production and/or maintenance employees to meet daily operational goals
• Promote and enforce safety practices while ensuring compliance with health, environmental, and workplace regulations
• Oversee proper storage, handling, and transportation of cut-not-tempered auto glass parts
• Lead teams involved in screening, forming, tempering, inspecting, and packing auto glass products
• Support quality control initiatives and implement corrective actions following audits or inspections
• Evaluate associate performance, identify training needs, and support skill development
• Contribute to process improvements and help maintain best practices in production

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production or maintenance supervision, or relevant military leadership experience
• Background in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing production demands

Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong team-building and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings
