Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $90,000.00 USD Annually
Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations on the production line and batching processes, ensuring that output meets established standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. This role is responsible for leading and developing team members, maintaining workflow, and supporting continuous improvement across the department.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Communicate performance expectations and monitor progress through coaching, counseling, and consistent enforcement of policies and procedures.
Participate in interviewing, selecting, onboarding, and training production employees.
Conduct annual performance reviews to evaluate employee skills, knowledge, and contributions.
Administer disciplinary action when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university, or 3–4 years of related manufacturing experience.
Prior supervisory experience, including coaching and production leadership.
Strong problem‑solving abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and order processing systems.
