We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Production Supervisor for our 2nd shift in the Accounting and Finance industry. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact on our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our production team and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is critical to our company's success and is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to demonstrate their leadership skills and expertise in HACCP.
Responsibilities
As a Permanent Production Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the daily operations of our production team during the 2nd shift to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
2. Implementing and maintaining HACCP systems and procedures to ensure the highest level of safety and quality in our operations.
3. Training, mentoring, and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
4. Collaborating with other supervisors and management to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.
5. Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the 2nd shift and taking prompt, effective action to resolve them.
6. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
7. Ensuring that all production activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
To be considered for the Permanent Production Supervisor role, you must have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the Accounting and Finance industry.
2. Proven experience with HACCP or an equivalent system.
3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
5. A strong understanding of production processes and best practices in the Accounting and Finance industry.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
8. The ability to work effectively during the 2nd shift and manage the unique challenges that this shift can present.
