As the Production Superintendent, you will:

oLead, mentor, and develop production supervisors, ensuring they have the tools and confidence to succeed.

oDrive production performance and ensure plant goals are consistently achieved.

oManage departmental budgets with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

oPromote a strong safety culture and champion ongoing process improvements across the operation.

Requirements:

oAt least 3 years of supervisory experience in wood manufacturing; green end experience strongly preferred.

oStrong leadership, organizational, and computer skills.

oA team‑builder who knows how to motivate, engage, and elevate performance.

oBachelor’s degree preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
