Hourly Pay: $16.00

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Production Specialist for a print and payroll company in Nashville. The primary responsibility of this role is to print, package, and prepare payroll checks and reports with the highest level of accuracy. Due to the sensitive nature of these materials, quality control is critical, and the goal is to maintain a zero-error rate.

Key Responsibilities - Production Specialist

• Print, package, and ship payroll checks and reports according to client specifications.
• Inspect printed payroll checks, sort, and package for pickup or delivery.
• Perform routine maintenance on printers and sealing equipment.
• Assist team members with departmental tasks as needed.
• Maintain excellent attendance and flexibility to work extended hours when required.
• Load printers and sealers manually to ensure uninterrupted processing.
• Monitor sealing process for accuracy and perform preventive maintenance.
• Track and reorder supplies as necessary.
• Distribute and deliver internal and external mail.

Qualifications - Production Specialist:

• Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting and light equipment maintenance skills.
• Manual tasks capable, including lifting up to 25 lbs and refilling printer trays.
• Adaptable and reliable, with flexibility for occasional extended hours.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Effective multitasker with strong prioritization skills.
• Onsite availability: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
• Previous experience in printing or payroll processing is a plus, not required.
