This role is responsible for carrying out daily production clerical tasks such as creating and scheduling work orders, ordering production supplies, and creating operations reports.

What You Will Do:  

  • Update daily production reports for the operations meeting.

  • Cross reference all information in WIP packets to SAP conformations

  • Notify management of any confirmation discrepancies

  • Adjust SAP confirmations

  • Assist in training shop floor employees on conformation accuracy

  • Close out workorders that cannot be received into inventory

  • Communicate inventory discrepancies with planner/schedular

  • Collect and input cycle time data into SAP

  • Inventory cycle counting for all production raw materials

  • Investigating all inventory discrepancies

  • Adjusting inventory counts in SAP

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Other duties as assigned

Position Details: 

  • Plant location: Fort Worth, Texas

  • Work week and shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:15pm – 1:45am

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years’ experience using SAP

  • 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment

  • 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • No immigration sponsorship available for this role 

Physical Demands:  

  • Must be able to lift/carry 30 lbs 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in business or management

  • 5 years of experience using Microsoft Excel

  • 5 years’ experience using SAP

  • Experience with Total Production Management (TPM) & Continuous Improvement Systems 

  • Experience using Excel to create spreadsheets with formulas, pivot tables and macros

  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team

  • Ability to use basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of whole numbers, fractions, percentages, and decimals 

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $44,400.00 - $66,600.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
