Pay Range: $55 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production/application support for business-critical systems
- Monitor system health using Dynatrace and Splunk
- Manage incidents, alert, and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Support and contribute to Dynatrace onboarding and implementation
- Build and enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks
- Develop automation scripts (Python/Bash) to reduce manual effort
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and platform teams
- Drive improvements in system reliability, performance, and scalability
- Monitoring ecosystem undergoing active transformation
- Migration from legacy tools to modern observability platforms
- Dynatrace implementation in progress (centralized rollout)
- Opportunity to contribute to tooling strategy and adoption
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Monitoring expert (Dynatrace/Splunk),Reliability-focused engineer, Automation-driven (Python/Bash)
- Strong experience with monitoring/observability tools such as:
- Dynatrace (preferred)
- Splunk
- Hands-on experience in:
- Production Support / SRE / Platform Engineering roles
- Scripting expertise in:
- Python and/or Bash
- Strong skills in:
- Incident management & troubleshooting
- Root cause analysis (RCA)
- Log analysis and monitoring dashboards
