About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Production Operator
• Pay Rate: $21.00/Hour
• Location: Plymouth, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM with rotating schedule every other week.
• Position Type: Temp to Hire
Requirements and Qualifications:
• One year of experience in a biomedical field preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Manual dexterity.
• Flexible in adjusting to variety of job responsibilities and accepting feedback.
• Flexible to work a production schedule with different start and end times.
• Comfortable working in a wet and labor-intensive environment.
• Comfortable working with animal organs to manufacture products.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for an entire shift.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Read, understand, and follow written instructions in English.
• Follow safety protocols.
• Prepare facility to initiate manufacturing runs.
• Handles material derived from pig organs.
• Training new operator on daily tasks.
• Receives incoming raw materials.
• Assists with inventory/cycle counting.
• Consistent and regular attendance.
• Perform administrative tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
