As a Mixing Operator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting production processes by accurately mixing raw materials, operating manufacturing equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met. Work closely with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality products efficiently and safely.

What You’ll Do:
  • Weigh and accurately measure raw materials in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Operate mixing and production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor production batches, record data, and complete documentation accurately.
  • Perform routine quality checks and inspections to ensure product standards.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues to maintain production flow.
  • Safely move materials and supplies using forklifts and other equipment.
  • Assist with cleaning, changeovers, and routine maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

What You’ll Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred; familiarity with mixing or blending processes is a plus.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Ability to work comfortably with industrial materials and solvents.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 100 lbs with team assistance.
  • Willingness to wear PPE, including respirators and safety gear, to maintain a safe work environment.
