Job Scope:
The primary responsibility of the Plant & Production Manager is to lead a facility having automated production and equipment where you will need to have the ability to demonstrate your strong leadership with clear expectations. 

Primary Responsibilities: 
*Establish production, inventory, and quality standards 5 days a week with 10-hour shifts 
*Coordinate and work with manager and workers for timely production of all jobs, handle maintenance of inventory and products
*Sets up and operates machinery if needed and handles inspections of work and finished products
*Fearless in setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable, safety and quality overall
*Strong leadership skills with people, lead by example and with compassion and empathy but also be consistent in approach with matters at all times
*Coach mentality and guide
*Build bridges
*Takes ownership and focus on what can be controlled, willingness to get in the trenches with the team in this industrial manufacturing facility
*Strong technical aptitude, ability and willingness to learn, adapt and execute
*Create ways to celebrate the teams
