Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Develop and implement production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow processes.

• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage, train, and develop production staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and prepare performance reports for management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing production leadership role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teams.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish or other relevant languages.
