Proven experience as a Techincal Director or simliar Fabricator role withn multiple fabrication production environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintianting high standards of quality
Excellent communiation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
Knowledge of current industry trends in carpentty and digtial mulitimedia production.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of live event projects from concept through planning and farbication ensurong alignmet with brand goals and creative vision
- Oversee all aspects of production including managing a team of fabricators, client negotiations and project management.
- Manage load in schedules, coordinate on-set activities, and ensure high-quality products for delivery
- Supervise the use of Adobe Creative sutie, AtuaCad, Vectorworks or Sketch up
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop production timelines that maximize efficiency and creativity
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emergin production technilogies, material and techniwues to keep our content innovative and engaging
- Provide mentorship to team member in techincal skills

The ideal candidate will possess akeen eye for detail, a passion fot storytelling through Scenic, and strong leadership skills to inspire and manage diverse creative teams. As a key driver of our multimedia initiatives, you will coordinate techincal resources, streamline the production processes and foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
