Lead, coach, and develop Production Supervisors to effectively manage frontline teams
Oversee daily production schedules to ensure timely and efficient output
Monitor and improve productivity, quality, and operational performance metrics
Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics) to support production needs
Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Manage staffing levels, labor planning, and resource allocation
Address and resolve operational issues, employee concerns, and workflow challenges
Support training programs to ensure supervisors and employees are properly developed
Conduct regular performance evaluations for Production Supervisors
Maintain accurate production reports and documentation
