SALARY RANGE: $ 140K to $160K

BONUS: 10%

JOB DESCRIPTION: PRODUCTION MANAGER sought by a Manufacturing Company in its greenfield build Plant located in Chester, SC. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the PRODUCTION MANAGER is tasked with maintaining controlled and capable Processes emphasizing Safety, Quality, Productivity, Environmental Compliance.

• Continue to create and improve a detailed operating structure driving repeatability from shift to shift, from operator to operator.
• Ensure Product Quality meets the Customer’s expectations for all Products shipped.
• Effective/efficient utilization of all Plant employees and equipment maximizing Productivity and Cost Effectiveness.
• Foster a “One Plant” partnership with other Departments.
• Create a working environment of mutual trust, respect, open/honest communications, teamwork, a passion for winning.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS Engineering Degree
• Minimum 10 years Leadership experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• Prefer experience in Fibers or Paper Processes.
• New Plant/Greenville start up experience a plus.
• Seeking Lean Manufacturing and 5S knowledge / experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, JDE, Maximo or equivalent ERP.
