Production Manager

This role requires a seasoned professional with comprehensive experience in a corrugate packaging environment. With an extensive background, ideally spanning over seven years in leadership, applicants should bring a proven track record, especially in facilities specializing in converting paper to boxes. A technical degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably at the Bachelor's level, is essential.

As the primary operational leader, you will drive production efficiency across the plant, ensuring optimal performance of personnel and production lines. Your role will be crucial in implementing innovative solutions to enhance and maintain world-class manufacturing processes. You will focus on minimizing waste and managing costs effectively, overseeing profit and loss responsibilities to enhance productivity and profitability.

Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in customer relations, regularly coordinating with clients to ensure their needs are met with quality and timely delivery using Just-In-Time (JIT) methodologies.
