Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to meet output targets.
• Develop and implement production schedules, resource plans, and staffing levels.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and product specifications.
• Lead, train, and manage production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
• Monitor production performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing production management.
• Strong understanding of production processes, including Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience with budget management and cost control.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
