The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Mattawan that are seeking Production Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily production operations to meet output, quality, and cost targets.
• Lead, train, and develop production staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage production budgets, resource allocation, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with supply chain, maintenance, and quality assurance departments.
• Analyze production data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop production teams to meet targets and foster a positive work environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of optimizing production processes and improving efficiency

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Demonstrated experience with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
