Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets and optimize resource utilization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing production management.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing production teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced ERP functionalities (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with manufacturing automation or Industry 4.0 technologies.
