Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily production operations to meet targets and deadlines.
• Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation.
• Ensure product quality standards are consistently met through rigorous quality control processes.
• Lead, mentor, and manage production teams, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.
• Manage production budgets, track expenditures, and ensure efficient utilization of materials and labor.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of motivating teams and managing production schedules.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and a solid understanding of manufacturing safety, quality (e.g., ISO), and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the workforce.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, robotics).
