Production Manager-2 operations

Position: Production Manager- 2 operations, same location

Location: Ocala, FL

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the management of 2 operations in Ocala, FL-garment manufacturing and box manufacturing. This includes Day to Day operational management, process improvement, safety, manufacturing, administration, training, quality, and service functions to meet sales and net income targets while achieving the company’s mission of training workers. Responsible for budget management and cost controls. Supervise a team of 8 directly and 140+ production personnel in operations.

Requirements:

Degree preferred

5 years or more of production management experience

Highly desire Lean experience
