Shift/Working Hours: 6 AM to 6:30 PM
About the role:
PrideStaff is partnering with a leading local manufacturing company that is committed to producing high-quality goods in a safe and supportive environment. This role is essential to our success, focusing on the setup, operation, and maintenance of specialized production machinery to ensure we meet our output goals efficiently.

What you will do:

• Set up and Operate high-speed production machinery, including configuration, loading raw materials, and adjusting controls according to job specifications.
• Monitor and Troubleshoot equipment continuously, quickly diagnosing and resolving minor malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Perform Quality Checks on products throughout the shift, using measuring tools (like calipers) to ensure all output meets strict quality and safety standards.
• Strictly Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and workplace safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
• Execute Routine Maintenance and cleaning tasks on the machinery (preventative maintenance) to ensure its reliability and longevity.
• Accurately Document production metrics, including output levels, material usage, quality inspection results, and maintenance activities.

• A strong mechanical aptitude or prior experience (e.g., 6+ months) operating machinery in a fast-paced production environment.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a solid commitment to maintaining high standards for product quality and safety compliance.
• The ability to work effectively independently or as part of a collaborative team on the production floor.
• Good problem-solving skills to quickly diagnose and address operational issues or machinery adjustments.
• Physical ability to perform the role's essential functions, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance.
