LOCATION:  Lisbon, OH

PAY:  Day Shift: $14/hr or Night Shift: $15/hr

SCHEDULE: 12‑hour shifts | 2 days on / 2 days off / Some Weekends

TYPE: Temp to Hire

Bonuses: Attendance bonus + additional bonus opportunities

Job Duties

•             Assist in producing plastic materials

•             Manage material quality

•             Communicate with crew and supervisors

•             Support team members and help resolve on‑the‑job challenges

•             Follow directions and maintain timeliness

•             Work various shifts, including weekends as needed

 

Qualifications

•             Strong work ethic and reliability

•             Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast‑paced environment

•             Teamwork skills; manufacturing experience a plus

•             Forklift experience a plus

•             Open to candidates without a high school diploma/GED

•             Fair Chance employer
