Overview

Manages the purchasing, planning, inventory, warehouse, and order fulfillment functions across facilities. Ensures customer needs and requirements are met with each product, shipment, and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Upholds the master production schedule and supports progress of production orders.
  • Manages material transactions from receiving to shipping.
  • Works closely with Logistics teams to ensure all shipments are managed effectively through internal controls and policies in accordance with customer expectations. Ensures shipment compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Monitors and supports customer shipment requirements to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
  • Maintains inventory control, inventory levels, and execution of cycle counting and monthly and annual inventory.
  • Upholds logistics policies and agreements, including mode, carrier, and supplier agreements that benefit the overall business.
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement process by identifying areas of improvement.
  • Leads, mentors, and manages team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    • Proficiency in production planning software and tools (e.g., ERP/MRP systems).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Educational Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, planning, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification a plus.

    Experience Requirements

    • Five years of experience in supply chain, production control, or related field.
    • Previous experience in the manufacturing industry required.
