JOB SUMMARY: The Production Associate is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by assisting machine operators, handling parts, assembling components, and ensuring proper packaging and movement of materials. This role operates in a team environment with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and maintaining production goals. Key Responsibilities: Operate at presses and assist machine operators in daily production activities Remove parts from presses and separate finished parts from scrap Assemble parts and prepare them for packaging Package parts into bags, boxes, or on skids as per specifications Label and stack packaged parts and move them to storage or next operation Follow all plant safety procedures and use required PPE at all times Interpret work orders and job control procedures accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Ensure safety devices are in place and report unsafe conditions or behaviors Work collaboratively in a team environment and support helpers as needed Achieve and maintain production efficiency and accuracy goals Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor Required Qualifications: Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures consistently Ability to understand and interpret work instructions and job orders Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Good attendance and reliability Physical ability to handle materials and perform repetitive tasks Willingness to comply with dre1ss code and PPE requirements (steel toe shoes required) Education: High School
