We are seeking dependable, hardworking Production Associates to support our Fabrication and Finishing departments. Most opportunities are long-term assignments designed to fill open production line positions, with occasional short-term projects (1-2 day container loads or special projects lasting a few weeks). Successful associates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- 1st Shift: 7:15 AM - 3:45 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:45 PM - 12:15 AM

Pay Rate: $17.80 - $18.40 / hour
Duties:
Fabrication
- Operate in a production-based manufacturing environment
- Work independently and stay self-motivated
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Ideal for experienced candidates who are self-starters and work well independently.
Position Requirements:
Finishing
- Assembly-style, fast-paced production work
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Team-based work environment
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Cabinets weigh up to 100 lbs (moved on rolling carts
- Lift and position painting brackets up to 30 lbs
- Requires precision, focus, and a strong eye for detail.
PPE Requirements
- Steel or composite toe shoes (required)
- OSHA-approved safety glasses (clear lenses only; no tint)
- No Bluetooth earbuds
- All additional PPE provided onsite
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.80 - $18.40 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
