Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Food Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, processing, and packaging of food products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and hygiene standards, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate food processing equipment safely and efficiently

• Prepare ingredients and assemble food products according to specifications

• Package finished products and label them appropriately

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

• Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions to supervisors

• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

• Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing a plus

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) is a plus

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, or overtime as needed
