A-Line Staffing is now hiring Production Operator in Pendergrass, GA 30567.
The Production Operator would be working for a Major Manufacturing Company and has career growth potential.
Production Operator Highlights:
- Pay Rate: $21/hr
- Schedule: overnight shift, 9pm ??? 7:30am Sunday night ??? Thursday morning., OT as needed to meet production demand
- Location: Onsite ??? Pendergrass, GA 30567
Production Operator Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on production role responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Carrying 20???25 kg (55 lbs) bags
- Operating various production machinery
- Charging stations and bagger/packer duties
- Using hoists and standup forklifts
- PPE usage, including respirator use
- Batch processing, packaging (manual and automatic), and blending
- Conducting inspections, sampling, label reconciliation, and lab submissions
- Completing housekeeping per sanitation schedule and cGMPs
- Participating in SHE culture and safety programs
- Attending training and maintaining certification compliance (e.g., ISO 9001:2008 / FAMI-QS)
- Reporting and supporting quality investigations and maintenance needs
Production Operator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs / 25 kg
- 1+ year of general warehouse or production experience
- 6+ months of related manufacturing production experience
- Forklift operation experience (standup)
- Computer proficiency
- Must pass a physical during screening (post-offer)
- Experience with batch production and quality standards
- Knowledge of SHE, GMP, and food/feed safety practices
