Location: San Francisco, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $28 - 33 per hourWe're looking for a hands-on, team-oriented Production Support Specialist to join our crew. This role is perfect for someone who loves being in the action - whether it's behind the camera, setting up a shoot, managing gear, or jumping in to support a hybrid event. You will be a critical part of our production operations, helping ensure everything runs smoothly from pre-production through post.You will work closely with producers, production managers, engineers, equipment managers, and editors to support both live event and recorded creative productions across a variety of formats. If you're highly organized, flexible, and eager to pitch in where needed, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities:Provide on-site and remote production support for live and recorded productions.Act as stage hand, floor director, production assistant, and/or quality control during productions.Act as Zoom Manager for hybrid or virtual live events.Author clear, accessible documentation for intranet and other platforms.Set up and test audio and video equipment; standardize device settings.Assist in organizing production equipment, storage spaces, and check in/out of gear.Help troubleshoot AV and tech issues for internal event setups.Collaborate with team members across time zones and disciplines. Qualifications:1 - 3 years of experience in video production, broadcast, or related fields.Comfortable supporting both in-person and hybrid/remote events.Able to work early morning or late evening hours as needed, with minimal notice.Familiarity with video/audio equipment, production workflows, and asset management tools.Ability to prioritize work tasks on multiple projects simultaneously and appropriately escalate issues when needed.Familiarity with Google Suite applications such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.Bonus: experience with Zoom, Confluence, Jira, and Airtable.JOBID: 022026-124361#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
