Now Hiring: Production Assembly – $18.50 per hour | Full-Time | Lenexa, KS

No prior assembly experience required - we provide training.

Starting Pay: $18.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday (6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 7:00 AM–3:30 PM)On-Site Position

What You'll Do

• Assemble automotive parts and components
• Operate production machinery
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Move materials throughout the production area
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Keep your workspace clean and safe
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and work ethic
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Willingness to work overtime if needed
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous production or assembly experience is helpful but not required
