Production Assembly Supervisor

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading equipment distributor in Wendell who is looking for an Assembly Supervisor to join their growing team. This is a 1st shift, direct-hire opportunity working 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support assembly technicians; monitor performance and productivity.
• Oversee daily workflow to ensure builds are completed on schedule.
• Ensure all units meet quality standards and report any issues.
• Maintain safe work practices and enforce OSHA guidelines.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to keep equipment functioning and minimize downtime.
• Track and report production metrics as required.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and consumables.
• Train and develop assembly staff.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).
• 5+ years of assembly or mechanical experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical positions.
• Willing to obtain forklift certification and complete hoist training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
