Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
- 6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to various audiences.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Within gUP's Order with Google team, we enable high quality Food Ordering and Appointments choices by growing the partner ecosystem at scale, while providing support and solutions, and continuously improving the product as partner and user advocates. We maintain a technical partnership with our partners and help them get the most out of our Food and Appointments products, through technical consultancy, implementation support, and scaled support operations.As a Product Solutions Engineer, you will balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects. You will be focused on delivering excellent customer care and make sure things go smoothly for our customers across the globe when they need us most.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Partnership teams to architect solutions, provide consulting for food partners, and lead partner success initiatives as a subject matter expert, resolving day-to-day issues through the delivery of scalable solutions and technical troubleshooting.
- Propose, design, create, and present prototypes, demos, and proofs-of-concept to a wide variety of audiences, from engineers to marketing professionals.
- Advocate for new product features, and provide partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
- Scale support of partner integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing the necessary documentation and technical guidance and training to our technical scaled operations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams and external partners to provide technical and business feedback as well as deliver technical solutions.
