Job Title: Product Owner

Location: Seattle, WA

Introduction

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team, coordinating the development team with clients and business lines to successfully deliver projects on time.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in design principles and design patterns with a strong background in a disciplined software development life cycle (SDLC) process
  • 5 years' experience as a business analyst or project manager
  • 5 years’ experience working on a team with the Agile Methodology, leading the software development team to successfully deliver projects
  • Proficiency in Scrum, sprint planning, burn down and velocity reporting, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives
  • Experience in gathering required information into Business Requirements Documents, wireframes, epic and story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases, and scenarios

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Jira, Remedy, Confluence, or similar software delivery tools
  • Knowledge of translating business strategy into work programs and processes
  • Experience in coordinating technology solutions appropriate to business needs and objectives
  • Ability to manage scope, estimation, project status, reporting, and escalation
  • Effective communication skills with both business and technology partners
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage a mix of simple to complex features within development teams
  • Serve as a single point of contact and escalation point between the client/business area and development team for unresolved problems, complaints, and complex service requests
  • Coordinate the development of technology solutions and oversee the implementation of programs, projects, or processes
