About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the voice of the customer and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team. You will be responsible for defining user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring that the final product meets business objectives and user needs.

Responsibilities
:Define and manage the product backlog in alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
Lead sprint planning, review, and backlog grooming sessions.
Prioritize and adjust backlog items based on changing business needs.
Act as a subject matter expert for the product, providing clear guidance to the development team.
Continuously assess and refine the product to maximize value delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
Experience with data-driven product development.
Background in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce industries.
