Product Manager/Technical Director 
Location: Woodlawn, MD

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads cross functional Agile delivery across Drupal WCMS (Acquia), Akamai CDN/WAF, React development, content strategy, and DevOps teams.
• Manages product roadmap, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder communications in alignment with client’s migration strategy from Legacy content into Drupal.
• Oversees risk, performance monitoring, change enablement, incident/problem management, and security/patching cycles.
• Ensures all deliverables meet accessibility (Section 508/WCAG), security, availability (99.9%), and performance requirements.
• Collaborates closely with Product Owner and COR, leading sprint planning, reviews, demos, and release governance. 

Required Skills and Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 8 years experience 

Must be local to DC/MD/VA for onsite work in Woodlawn, MD
