Job Summary


The Product Manager 4 leads end-to-end delivery of digital communication initiatives across web and mobile platforms. This role manages project plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures high-quality, production-ready member-facing solutions in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities
  • Own delivery of communications initiatives across Q2 and Q3, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality commitments are met.
  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (UX, Engineering, Marketing, IT, Compliance) to define clear business and technical requirements.
  • Lead delivery teams to ship high-quality, member-facing software across web and mobile platforms.
  • Define and oversee test plans, ensuring solutions are production-ready prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Facilitate UAT, release planning, and rollout coordination.
  • Prepare and present status updates, risks, and trade-offs to project sponsors and leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to appropriate product development and project management standards.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of digital product management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in the digital communications domain (SMS, push notifications, email, member messaging channels).
  • Experience working in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor s degree or higher.
  • Ability to define and manage detailed project plans, risks, and dependencies.
  • Experience coordinating UAT, release planning, and production rollouts.

Skills
  • Digital product management for web and mobile platforms.
  • Digital communications channels (SMS, push, email, in-app/member messaging).
  • Cross-functional collaboration with UX, Engineering, Marketing, IT, and Compliance.
  • Project and program management, including planning, risk management, and reporting.
  • Test planning and UAT facilitation.
  • Stakeholder communication and executive status reporting.
  • Familiarity with agile product development practices.

Summary Qualification
  • 7+ years of experience in digital product management.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital communication products or channels.
  • Background in healthcare, insurance, or similarly regulated industries.
  • Bachelor s degree required;MBA or higher education preferred.
  • CSPO certification preferred.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver member-facing software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
