Our client, an innovative leader in autonomous mobility solutions, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. As a Product Manager, you will be part of the Operations Software team supporting fleet operations and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and a strong drive to improve processes, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Help build and refine tools essential for fleet operations and maintenance teams.
- Steward a software product line, managing its roadmap and feature prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Technical Program Managers to define requirements and improve system performance.
- Establish metrics to measure the health and effectiveness of operational software systems.
- Lead initiatives to automate service start-up checks and remote management tools for depots and fleet supervisors.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree with 8 to 10 years of product management experience.
- Strong curiosity and desire to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proven ability to drive collaboration, alignment, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle, especially in technical or operational environments.
- Technical background with the ability to understand software development, APIs, back-end systems, and technical tradeoffs.
