Responsibilities:The Product Manager guides and oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of new technology products and feature enhancements, ensuring alignment with market demands, user expectations, and organizational goals. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working cross-functionally to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable, data-driven product plans. With a strong focus on delivering secure, seamless user experiences and measurable business value, the Product Manager identifies emerging trends, analyzes competitive dynamics, and drives product solutions that are innovative, reliable, and grounded in data.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Guides the full lifecycle of technology products or enhancements, from concept through launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Develops product concepts and design strategies that address market demands and user requirements through secure, seamless, and intuitive experiences.
• Conducts market and customer research to gain a deep, data-driven understanding of user needs, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
• Creates comprehensive documentation including requirements, functional specifications, and mock-ups to communicate product vision and functionality.
• Collaborates across teams during all product development phases, including analysis, design, testing, and integration.
• Supports go-to-market planning and execution to successfully introduce secure and reliable products to customers and stakeholders.

• Strong business acumen and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understands core concepts and disciplines of Software Engineering, such as iterative development, CI/CD, unit testing, and how software is built, monitored and maintained
• Skilled in iterative development methodologies and creation of key artifacts including business objectives and requirements
• Skilled in progressive information technology tools, trends and products
• Excellent time management, ingenuity and evaluation skills

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
• Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading
• Ability to sit for extended time periods
• Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment
• Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
• Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects

This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location. We believe in recognizing and rewarding talent, so our compensation packages are thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique qualifications and contributions of each candidate.
