Product Manager & Business Analyst (Sr. Manager, Data and Technology)

This role will be the subject matter expert for key internal systems and external vendor SaaS applications that are deployed across our organization. The ideal applicant will work closely with business teams (operations, finance, sales) to ensure that their needs are supported with technology and help plan collaboratively for any new features or changes/enhancements to support the business needs. The candidate must be a problem-solver who can think critically and partner to deliver results and facilitate the implementation of solutions. This person will also model behaviors that support our company values, especially collaboration, innovation, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the representative for key systems and applications within the organization
- Connect and interpret business processes to systems (existing and future planned)
- Maintain and refine backlog items in partnership with leadership
- Collaborate with other departments to define areas of opportunity for technology-oriented support
- Creative and curious thinker, able to solve ambiguous problems in an efficient manner
- Contribute thoughts and ideas to break down complex problems into iterative solutions

- Contribute to operational process creation and documentation development
- Lead technology projects across our corporate and field teams

Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a product owner/manager or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent horizontal communication and ability to work as a team
- Understanding of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management
- High School diploma
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to working with NetSuite and cloud-based data platforms (ex: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Fabric)
- Previous experience in the logistics/transportation industry and/or warehouse management systems
- Project or portfolio management experience with a focus on technology
- Conceptual understanding of APIs and system integration approaches
- Four-year bachelor's degree

- Occasional visits to local warehouse may be required
- Some weekend and evening hours may be required
