Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support upper?funnel digital experiences across multiple lines of business on the company's website. This role sits within the Customer Experience (CX) organization and partners closely with Marketing, CX, Category teams, Site Operations, web development teams, agencies, and overseas stakeholders to deliver high?quality product pages, onboarding experiences, and customer journeys that drive site engagement and eCommerce revenue growth.
This is a highly collaborative, execution?focused role ideal for a detail?oriented Product Manager who thrives in fast?paced environments, manages complex workstreams, and owns the end?to?end lifecycle of digital product and landing pages from intake through launch and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Page Lifecycle Management
- Own the end?to?end lifecycle of product and landing pages on the company's website, from intake and asset gathering through build, launch, and post?launch optimization
- Support onboarding content launches, planned updates, CEJ enhancements, and ad?hoc page builds with tight timelines
- Ensure all content and experiences meet brand standards, accuracy requirements, and CX best practices
Cross?Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, Category, LOB, Product, Site Operations, Platform, and web development teams
- Interface daily with internal stakeholders, third?party agency partners, and production resources
- Support Site Manager requests while monitoring and tracking progress across schedules and workstreams
Project & Workflow Management
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities and aggressive deadlines
- Maintain all project tracking, communication, and documentation in Jira and Confluence
- Partner with Site Ops teams to prioritize projects in queue and ensure timely, accurate launches
- Develop streamlined processes and clear roadmaps to improve team efficiency and delivery
Stakeholder Communication & Problem Solving
- Provide clear, consistent communication and status updates across all levels of the organization
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive solutions to keep projects on track
- Manage stakeholder expectations while balancing business, technical, and customer experience needs
Required Skills & Experience
Core Experience
- Experience supporting project management, product launches, campaign launches, eCommerce, site merchandising, or digital experiences
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines in a fast?paced environment
- Proven ability to understand business and customer needs and advocate for the customer journey

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management within a highly matrixed organization
- Experience in online retail required; technology?focused eCommerce experience strongly preferred
- Passion for building high?quality customer experiences
- Collaborative, self?directed, and adaptable in fast?moving environments
Tools & Technical Skills
- Daily hands?on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience using Smartsheet for project tracking and coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Expertise in Site Usability, A/B Testing, and Optimization
