Product Design and Development - Pattern Engineer 3

Introduction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis
• 5-8 years of experience in a technical designer or pattern engineer role
• Proficiency in fit and pattern knowledge, including the ability to manipulate patterns, manage fit sessions, and communicate effectively with factory partners
• Basic knowledge of PLM systems, particularly PCX

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with digital creation tools, such as CLO 3D
• Understanding of graphics
• Experience with a similar brand is highly preferred

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a direct team of approximately 11 members and cross-functionally with around 15 teams, including design, sourcing, product management, and product creation
• Focus on designing lifestyle sportswear, primarily for women, with potential involvement in menswear
• Participate in likely two rounds of interviews
