Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to support our Skims and Sportswear teams, focusing on footwear, accessories, and graphics. This role involves transforming existing graphics into detailed schematics for production.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a technical graphic designer, specifically creating detailed schematics for factory production.
• Proficiency in designing schematics for footwear, accessories, and graphic apparel items.
• Ability to receive and implement feedback, working collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience with 3D design software, particularly CLO.
• Experience working in screen print is also nice to have but not required.
• Passion for Apparel and Footwear is Required.
• Background in designing women's performance wear, such as tights, sports bras, and fitted apparel.
• Previous experience in similar industries, such as working with brands like lululemon or adidas.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to create precise graphic schematics for production.
• Ensure all technical specifications and details are accurately communicated to the factory.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design goals and production timelines.
