Job Title: Producer
Location-Type: Remote (East Coast or Central Time preferred)

Compensation Range: $35-41/hr

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Producer to manage high-volume creative projects across multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Determine course of action, resource allocation, and prioritize deliverables based on creative briefs.
• Lead project communications, including discovery and kickoff calls and status meetings.
• Identify and address scheduling issues while assisting in forecasting and budget planning.
• Conduct weekly job status meetings to update Account Managers.
• Act as the single point of contact for billing, timelines, and resource queries.
• Secure creative resources and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
• Partner with Account Management and Sr. Producers to balance workloads.
• Manage timesheets, utilization, expenses, and vendor invoices.

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 4–6 years of experience managing creative projects.
  • Experience handling 80–100 project deliverables simultaneously.
  • Expertise in Workfront and waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience working across multiple clients.
  • Ability to pivot between fast-paced and long-term projects.
  • Familiarity with various media, including print, web, email, and Meta campaigns (preference for media/email and web experience).
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills.
  • Must be task-driven and comfortable working independently.
  • Outgoing personality preferred.

  • Experience in budget forecasting and planning.
  • Knowledge of vendor management and invoicing.
