Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Own sourcing strategy and execution for assigned healthcare product categories, delivering cost savings, supply assurance, and quality compliance
Lead supplier negotiations using market intelligence to optimize pricing, terms, capacity, and long‑term value
Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal partners across Product, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Inventory
Drive sourcing decisions using total cost of ownership and risk‑based frameworks
Identify and mitigate sourcing risks including geopolitical exposure, supplier concentration, capacity, and quality issues
Oversee sampling, validation, and artwork approval processes to support smooth product launches
Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to resolve supplier or product issues and manage specification changes
Monitor global supply markets and disruption signals, translating insights into proactive sourcing actions
Align sourcing decisions with production planning, inventory optimization, and service‑level targets
Lead negotiations related to supplier cost increases while preserving strategic relationships
Champion continuous improvement in sourcing models, supplier strategies, and cross‑functional collaboration

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (required)
9+ years of professional experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
1+ year of people management or leadership experience
Experience working with global suppliers and cross‑functional teams
Exposure to international sourcing and regulated products
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Financially driven, detail‑oriented, and results‑focused
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global environment
Ability to travel up to 10%
Open to a hybrid work arrangement
